The University has been established under the aegis of Unique Education Welfare Center 1997, Delhi, which has acquired a commendable record of service in the field of Education, Health Care Social Welfare & as well as run Pratibha Public Primary School Bhati Mins, Delhi & other government activities all over India & Abroad.

The University has several constituent colleges which provide higher education in mostly all the disciplines like ITI, Polytechnic, Paramedical etc. is engaged by design to create academically and technically proficient professionals.

Income of District Coordinator in 1st Year = 22,50,000+2.5 lacs+7.5 lacs=32,50,000/-

Income of D.C in 2nd Year = 1st year income + 10% extra increment
Income of D.C in 3rd Year = 2nd year income + 20% extra increment
